- Gelatin put on a slow fire, stir until the granules are completely dissolved. Do not boil!
- Into the curd mixture, enter the gelatin, add the purified cherry, mix.
- Put the mass on the cooled cake and send in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Melt the chocolate and pour the cottage cheese over it, complete the decoration with whole berries of sweet cherry.
