Cheese roll with egg

You will need
  • - 8 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • - 300 ml of milk;
  • - 100 g flour;
  • - 300 g of minced chicken;
  • - 300 g of hard cheese;
  • - 50 ml of mayonnaise;
  • - 4 things. garlic cloves;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 2 g red ground pepper;
  • - salt to taste.
Such a tender roll can be made with any filling, any minced meat or vegetable slices are perfect.
Take eight chicken eggs, beat them until foaming in a blender. Add milk to the beaten eggs and mix everything again, salt a little. Add flour in small portions to the beaten eggs and mix. It should make a fluffy batter.
Minced chicken mince well. Garlic, wash, peel and grate on a fine grater. Add the garlic to the minced chicken and mix, add the red pepper and a little salt. Let the beef stand in the refrigerator for twenty to thirty minutes. Stuffing should be well saturated with spices.
Take a frying pan with a thick bottom, preferably a very wide one, so that the pancake is large. Make three or four pancakes from egg dough.Pour with a thick layer and fry on one side. On top of the pancake will be a little watery. Cool pancakes.
Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Put a pancake, evenly distribute a little stuffing on it, another pancake on top and mince again and so on until the ingredients run out. In the middle, add the grated cheese. Twist everything into a roll and secure with toothpicks. Top with butter and bake for half an hour. Before serving, remove the toothpicks.
