Chicken and Cheese Mushrooms
Chicken and cheese champignonsis a recipe.
- chicken fillet 500 gr;
- feta 60g;
- big fresh champignons 10 pcs;
- sour cream 4 tbsp. l.;
- flour 1 tbsp. l.;
- crushed mozzarella 1/2 cup;
- fresh parsley to taste;
- ground black pepper to taste;
- role to taste;
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
My and dry mushrooms, cut off with a sharp knife and remove the legs. We cover the baking dish with parchment and place the caps on it with the holes facing up.
Finely chop the chicken fillet. Warm up a frying pan with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil over medium heat, add chopped chicken, fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the chicken is roasting, finely chop the legs of the mushrooms. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan with chicken and cook together for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix flour with sour cream.Reduce the heat and pour sour cream into the pan. Salt, add ground black pepper and mix. Stew for another 8-10 minutes, until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat and let cool.
While the mixture cools, preheat the oven to 1800C.
Grate feta grated and mix with chicken and mushrooms. Add the chopped parsley and mix.
Using 2 tablespoons, evenly distribute the filling between prepared champignon caps. Pour some grated mozzarella on top of the stuffing.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then let the mushrooms cool down a bit and be served.
