Christmas ham with raspberry mustard

Delicious recipes from Ri "on the Food Network channel tells how to organize a festive meal in the countryside. Rea is a big fan of meat dishes: barbecue and home-made glazed ham are her signature recipes.

Cooking method:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix Dijon mustard and raspberry jam in a small bowl and set aside.

Put the pork ham on a baking sheet, salt and pepper to taste. Put the pan in the oven and bake the meat on low heat for 2 hours.

Then remove the ham from the oven, spread it on top with the mixture of jam and mustard. Bake in the oven until a beautiful golden brown is formed.If desired, you can apply another layer of glaze and repeat the procedure.

Take the ham out of the oven, serve on a large platter along with the remnants of raspberry-mustard sauce.
