Crab Rolls with Champignons
You will need
- - crabs (2 pcs.);
- - champignons (200 g);
- - Chicken fillet (400 g);
- - eggs (2 pieces);
- - corn flour (100 g);
- - black pepper (1/3 tsp);
- - wheat flour (300 g);
- - dry yeast (1 teaspoon);
- - sugar (1 tbsp. spoon);
- - vegetable oil (50 g).
Knead the dough: mix until smooth wheat flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Adding a little water, knead the dough. Add vegetable oil and thoroughly crush.
Put the dough in a deep pan and cover with a towel. We give the test to rise twice.
While the dough rises, prepare the roll stuffing: finely chop the chicken fillet, crab meat and mushrooms. We skip everything through a large meat grinder.
Add corn flour, black pepper, salt and beaten eggs to the filling. Mix well.
Roll out the dough in thin layers (like for pizza). Divide the layer into four parts and lay out the filling on each piece.
