- 3 week. Eat egg whites, boiled meat, dairy products, vegetables. Per kilogram of weight accounts for 0.5 grams of carbohydrates. If you feel unwell, you can drink sweet juice.
- 4 week. It may be the same as the second or third.
- 5 week is the same as the first.
