Scalded rye flour pancakes

Cooking:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks, whip the latter with sugar.
  2. Pour 120 ml of warm milk into the egg mass and continue to beat.
  3. Gradually pour the sifted flour into the mixture. At the end of the mixing, pour out the remaining milk and add boiling water. Mix everything thoroughly. The consistency of the dough should be similar to liquid sour cream.
  4. Add vegetable oil.
  5. Warm up the pan. Pour vegetable oil into it and bake pancakes for 40 seconds. from each side.

The finished dish is served with sour cream, jam or with salty fillings, for example, as sandwiches with red caviar or salmon.

Recipe for pancakes on rye flour kefir

Pancake dough mix well, does not form lumps. Pancakes are obtained by openwork.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 stack rye flour;
  • 0.5 stack wheat flour;
  • 300 ml of kefir with a fat content of 3.2%;
  • egg;
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 0.5 tsp. baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • butter to taste.

Kefir must take high fat, then pancakes are more delicious.

Cooking:

  1. 200 ml of kefir, egg, sugar and salt mix to a uniform consistency.
  2. Sift both types of flour and add baking powder.
  3. Pour the batter.
  4. Add the remaining kefir and vegetable oil to the mass. The consistency should be liquid. Add some water if necessary.
  5. Heat the griddle and grease it with vegetable oil.
  6. Pour for baking one ladle of dough.
  7. Cook on each side for 1 min.

Put the finished pancakes in a pan, sprinkle them with sugar and pour with melted butter. Serve the dish with jam or honey.

Cooked pancakes made according to this recipe, as in the photo, you can fill with sour cream or put a pile into a crepe maker and bake in the oven. For baking enough 20-25 minutes. When serving, the crepe maker is cut into portions.
