How to make a fruitcake

Banana cake
- 3 ripe bananas;
- a glass of sugar;
- 1/4 cup flour;
- 1/4 cup of milk;
- 130 g butter;
- 3 eggs;
- salt.
Mash bananas with a fork, add beaten eggs, sugar, mix with a mixer until sugar is dissolved. Melt the butter on a quiet fire, cool, add to the banana mixture, then add salt, flour, pour in the milk, knead the dough.
Grease the cake pan with butter, transfer the dough, put the mold in the oven. Bake an hour at 180 degrees. Remove the finished cupcake, let stand for fifteen minutes, remove from the mold.
Pineapple Cake
Ingredients for the dough:
- a glass of flour;
- a glass of milk;
- 1/2 cup of sugar;
- 120 g butter;
- 1 egg;
- baking powder package;
- vanillin, salt, icing sugar.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 600 g canned pineapples;
- 1/2 cup of sugar;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of pineapple syrup.
Spread the butter with sugar until smooth, add the egg, beat. Add a little warm milk, flour, vanillin, baking powder, knead the dough. Put a piece of butter in the form, put it in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt.Put in the form of half the dough, level.
Prepare the filling. To do this, mix the pineapples in the syrup with sugar, put on the dough evenly. Top with the remnants of dough, level, remove the form for 50 minutes in the oven, cook at 180 degrees. Cool the pineapple cake, put it on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with tea or coffee.
