Cake "Orange" with icing
You will need
- - 250 grams of flour;
- - 150 grams of butter;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 120 grams of sugar;
- - 100 ml of orange juice;
- - 1 orange peel;

Butter keep some time at room temperature to soften.
Beat butter with sugar until smooth.

Grease the baking dish with butter, then lay out the dough.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Remove the finished cupcake from the oven and let it cool slightly. In the meantime, make cake icing.
Mix up to a uniform consistency of orange juice with powdered sugar and butter.
Pour glaze over the top of the cupcake, then let it stand in the fridge for a short time.
