  1. Cut the leaves into small square pieces, remove the stems.
  2. Crush onions and garlic, fry them until transparent in vegetable oil.
  3. Put the spinach in the pan and simmer the food for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the cream, add nutmeg. Cook another 2 minutes over medium heat.

Put the spinach in the plates. Sprinkle it with pine nuts.

  • cream - 400 g;
  • champignons - 300 g;
  • spinach - 80 g;
  • curd cheese - 80 g;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • vegetable oil - 50 g;
  • mustard - 30 g;
  • Oyster sauce - 30 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste.


  1. Cut the mushrooms and onions into cubes, skip the garlic through a press. Fry foods until golden brown in vegetable oil.
  2. Pour the cream, oyster sauce into the pan and add the mustard. Reduce heat and simmer foods for 5-7 minutes.

  • cream - 500 g;
  • pasta - 500 g;
  • spinach - 100 g;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 60 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;

  1. Slice the chicken fillet into cubes. Salt and pepper the meat, marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry the fillet in vegetable oil until golden brown.Add chopped spinach, mix the products and cook them for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the cream, add the grated cheese. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook it on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Boil the pasta until cooked in salted water.

Put the pasta in a plate, pour the sauce over it. Serve hot.
