Sausage Recipe in Yeast Dough
As a result of cooking snacks according to this recipe, very gentle, airy and light sausages are obtained with a pleasant floury sweetness.The result is about 10 servings, for this you will need:
- flour - 450 g;
- fresh yeast - 15 g;
- milk - 100 ml;
- eggs - 2 pcs .;
- margarine - 50 g;
- 10 sausages;
- sugar, salt.
So let's start: the milk is heated, but we do not bring it to a boil. Pour it into a separate container and dissolve the yeast in it. Then we send the same, pre-melted margarine, we drive in one egg, a pinch of salt and mix everything.
Then gradually begin to pour flour, stirring constantly and, as a result, kneading elastic and soft dough. It is necessary to shift it to a clean surface and leave to approach in a warm place for 40 minutes.
After your yeast dough has risen, it must be kneaded and kneaded again, and then divided into 10 equal parts. It is advisable to ensure that these pieces actually turned out approximately the same, otherwise your sausages risk in one case do not bake, and in another - burn out.
Each cake should be rolled out into a long sausage, which then needs to be lightly pressed down over the entire surface with your fingers in order to make it flat. Next you need to wrap the sausages.
One tip: to make your dish really juicy, tasty and fragrant, choose good meat sausages, they are, of course, not cheap, but the result will definitely please you.
Another point: it is better not to choose too large sausages or, especially, sausages, as a result, it may not be the most aesthetic dish. - flour - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- water - 125 ml;
- egg - 1 piece;
- sausages in Frankfurt - 8 pieces;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- soda - 0.25 tsp;
- vegetable oil, salt.
Begin, as usual, with the test: 4 tbsp. spoon flour mixed with baking powder, add there a little salt, soda and water, mix everything thoroughly. Before adding to the total weight of the egg, it must be slightly shaken with a fork.
Again, mix everything until smooth. Now the most interesting thing: we put a sausage on a small wooden skewer, completely dip it into the prepared dough, be sure to wait until all the excess is drained.
We put the pan on the fire, pour a fairly large amount of sunflower oil, wait until it feels hot, and then fry the billet on it until the crunch and golden brown.
While frying, skewers must be carefully removed, and the finished sausages are laid out on a paper towel to allow the oil to drain a little. It is best to serve this snack with ketchup or home-made tomato sauce.

There is nothing difficult in this: in a separate bowl we mix 7 tablespoons of ketchup, a tablespoon of sour cream and lemon juice, and then add a tablespoon of spicy adjika.
