Strawberries in cream jelly

Cream Jelly Strawberryis a step by step recipe.


  1. 400 g strawberries;
  2. 450 ml of milk;
  3. 300 ml whipping cream
  4. 8 yolks;
  5. 150 g of fine sugar
  6. 1.5 tbsp. l. gelatin;
  7. mint for serving.


Soak gelatin in 70 ml of milk for 15 minutes. The remaining milk is heated to a boil. Put the yolks in a saucepan and beat with white sugar. Gradually pour in the hot milk, continuing to beat. Put the pan on a low fire and cook, stirring all the time, until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, pour in milk with gelatin, stir until dissolved. Let cool, 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Beat very cold cream into a resistant foam, gently, with a spatula, stir in the cream. Remove straws from strawberries, cut berries into small pieces (leave small ones intact), add to cream, mix. To spread out on kremankam or glasses, to tighten with a film, to put in a refrigerator a minimum for 4 hours. Serve cold, having decorated with mint.
