Surgeon General Warns One Cigarette Could Kill You
According to a recent video released by the surgeon general, even occasional or "social" smokers should be worried, because one cigarette could be enough to block your arteries and bring on a heart attack.
"That one puff on that cigarette could be the one that causes your heart attack," said Surgeon General Regina Benjamin. "I advise people to try to avoid being around smoking any way that you can."
