This webmasters recipe - stuffed champignons in the oven

This article was published in the framework of the contest "Webmaster's recipe." The main condition for the competition is to write a recipe for dishes that webmasters eat (a webmaster is the person who runs the site).

One day, or rather the evening, I decided to please my beloved webmaster Dima with a tasty and simple dish - stuffed mushrooms in the oven (he just loves my mushroom dishes). The advantage of this recipe is that it is prepared quickly and easily.


  • 1 kg of mushrooms (it is better to take large ones);
  • 1 onion;
  • 300g of hard cheese;
  • 100g of butter;
  • ground crackers;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise;
  • black pepper;
  • seasoning for mushrooms;
  • greenery.


1. Carefully sort out and wash the mushrooms.

2. Now with each mushroom we need to cut a leg. We do this carefully so that as a result the cap does not fall apart into two parts.

3. At the next stage of cooking, it is necessary to chop the legs of the mushrooms.To do this, simply chop them.

4. Clean the onion and finely chop it.

5. Take the pan and melt the butter in it.

6. Fry the legs of the mushrooms for 10 minutes. Do not forget to stir it regularly. Now it's time to add seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.

7. Add chopped onion to the pan and fry for another 5 minutes.

8. Now it's time to add 2 tablespoons of ground crackers to the pan. They are needed in order to absorb excess moisture.

9. While the filling cools down, rub hard cheese on a fine grater.

10. After the filling has cooled, you can start stuffing mushrooms. We take a hat and fill it with stuffing. For convenience, use a teaspoon.

11. At each mushroom we make a mesh of mayonnaise.

12. Sprinkle mushrooms with hard cheese.

13. We get the baking sheet out of the oven and grease it a little with butter. Put the prepared mushrooms on it.

14. Ship our dish to the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes. The temperature should be around 150-175 degrees.

15. When the dish is ready, lay it on a plate and sprinkle with greens.
