Yummy curd in just 15 minutes

Incredibly delicious tender chopsticks from cottage cheese dough will be a favorite delicacy. You can cook them "with a margin." They do not get stale and are tasty both warm and after cooling. That's just to keep and leave some snacks "for later" - not an easy task.

For cooking you will need:

  • 350 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1 / 3hl salts;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 200-250 g of flour;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

In the cottage cheese add egg, salt, sugar and sour cream. All mix well, trying to completely break the curd lumps. Gradually add flour and baking powder. The amount of flour depends on the consistency of the curd. Divide the dough into pieces, roll it with flagella and cut into sticks. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
